The Hawk Hundred

The Sixth Annual Hawk Hundred is a 100-mile, 50-mile and Marathon Trail race put on by the Lawrence Trail Hawks. This year’s race takes place on September 10th and 11th in Lawrence, Kansas. The course covers four loops through the rolling hills of Clinton State Park.

The Hawk races are also part of the 2016 Trail Runner Trophy Series!

All distances 100 / 50 / 26.2 will be chipped timed this year with customized race bibs with your name if you register by August 15th. Pacer bibs will be available this year also. Mile 90 will once again be our photographers for the full duration of the race.

At The Hawk you’ll find aid stations staffed by experienced Ultrarunners and a well-marked course through tough technical trails. We will have Ham radio operators at each aide station, so crew and family members can easily check on the whereabouts of their runner.

AWARDS:

All Runners will receive a long sleeve technical race shirt - gender specific, a 2016 race bag and customized race bibs with your name if you register by August 15th.

100 Mile Finishers - We have a unique buckle for SUB 24 HOURS and SUB 32 HOURS. AND a unique 100 mile Hawk jacket if you register by August 15th.

50 Mile Finisher Mug - New design this year and handcrafted by one of our local artist.

Marathon Finisher Medal - New design this year and also handcrafted

Top three male and female finishers in each race will receive a special award
